| Premier Southern California Emerging Leaders ProgramWe’re thrilled to announce the inaugural launch of CMAA Southern California's Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)! A dynamic, immersive journey is now open to pioneering graduates and ambitious young professionals in the fields of construction management, engineering, and architecture. Our program spans across ten months, composed of eight transformative sessions, each ranging between 1-2 hours. The ELP focuses on individualized coaching aimed at honing your presentation skills, empowering you with insider insights from seasoned professionals during panel presentations, and providing expert guidance to create a unique, strategic career management plan. Participants will be equipped with valuable skills including, but not limited to, effective interview preparation, targeted career path guidance, and the inherent qualities of a successful construction manager.
