Requirements and Qualifications
- CMIT Level 1
- Enrollment or graduation from a construction-related academic program
- Commitment to participate fully in all instructional and mentoring sessions
- U.S. work eligibility
- Endorsement by mentor/employer
- 1 to 5 years of experience recommended
- Students, recent graduates, or early professionals in construction, civil engineering, or architecture
- Strong interest in construction/project management career pathways
- Demonstrated academic or professional commitment to learning and growth
